What we collect and why
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the language of the page you used, and the date and time you signed up. We use this only to tell you about the launch of Whohas and related product news. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your email address.
Who processes it for us
Waitlist emails are stored and sent by MailerLite, an email service based in the EU, under a data processing agreement. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA), which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This site uses no cookies, no tracking and no third-party fonts.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or at the latest 12 months after Whohas launches if you don't become a customer.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe through the link in every email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@whohas.eu. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
